Im Friedenssaal wurde 1648 der Westfälische Frieden geschlossen, der den Dreißigjährigen Krieg beendete. Fünf Jahre feilschten die Kriegsparteien in Münster und in Osnabrück um den Frieden. Es war der erste internationale Kongress, auf dem nahezu alle großen europäischen Mächte vertreten waren. Kunst im Grünen Der dritte Tipp von Agnes Szymanski ist der Aasee.
