the year before last my mate phil and i went on an adventure to watch the sun rise at stone henge. it was magical it was mystical we and thousands of others were captivated for hours. i use the sun rise in all its glory in my live performances and here is the smallest clip of a young man totally taken by the experience and meditating on one of the sacred stones in the early hours of the summer solstice morning.

The annual parade in the Fremont district of Seattle "the center of the universe" on 6/21/08. It's always a blast!

Freemont is an artsy fartsy part of Seattle. They even have a sign that says "Center of the Universe set you clocks back 5 minutes". The first Saturday of every summer they have a parade and it is very, uh, interesting. Naked bicyclists, people on stilts, clowns, everything goes with this one. It was very interesting, needless to say. Not sure I would go again, but glad I went this time.Next Sunday is the Pride parade and I'll make sure to get more pictures of that.

One of the most awesome parades around! So many terrific costumes, dancing, unicycling, juggling, stiltwalking it's better than the circus! This year the theme was Dreams.
